Bullfrog Mall Branch

Drop in for some one-on-one Tech Help. You will be helped by a staff member who will provide free, one-on-one tech assistance. For adults.

Our popular service, Tech Help, comes to the Bullfrog Mall Branch! When you drop in, you will have the chance to meet with a staff member for a half hour. Guelph Public Library is dedicated to connecting technology help to people of all learning levels.

We offer tech assistance with: 

• Tablet or Phone Assistance
• eBooks and eAudiobooks 
• Simple tablet or phone troubleshooting
• Online Resources
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Video chat platforms

For best results, we recommend bringing: 

• Your own device and charging cables
• Any relevant accounts and passwords
• A notebook and pen for note-taking
