Our popular service, Tech Help, comes to the West End Branch! Guelph Public Library is dedicated to connecting technology help to people of all learning levels.

We offer tech assistance with: 

  • Tablet or Phone Assistance
  • eBooks and eAudiobooks 
  • Simple tablet or phone troubleshooting
  • Online Resources
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Video chat platforms

For best results, we recommend bringing: 

  • Your own device and charging cables
  • Any relevant accounts and passwords
  • A notebook and pen for note-taking
