Learn mindfulness practices in this small group setting to deepen or add to your own meditation practice. For adults and teens. Registration is required.
Join this three session mindfulness program to learn additional mindfulness skills to deepen or add to your meditation practice.
Open to those with some form of a mindfulness practice already and those new to mindfulness meditation.
This mindfulness program is led by Blakie Sahay, BA, BScOT, Master of Education, Certified Mindfulness Teacher - International Mindfulness Teachers Association.
You may register for all three or only one part of this series.
