Being a caregiver to someone in need comes with many benefits and positive experiences, but can also bring some challenges. More than half of caregivers report feeling stressed or burnt out. Join us to learn more about the differences between stress and burnout, common signs and symptoms and provide strategies to support you and your own mental health and wellbeing including the The Ontario Caregiver Organization's resources to support caregivers at any step of the caregiving experience.

We will be using Webex to host this virtual program. Webex is a video conferencing tool that allows people to meet together online.  You can join a Webex meeting from your computer, mobile device, or tablet. Learn more about how to join a Webex meeting.

You will receive an event link through your email the day of the event. You will require this link to join the program.
