2025 Friends of the Guelph Public Library Book Sale

The Friends of the Guelph Public Library's annual Book Sale returns this year!

We are thrilled to announce that the Friends of the Guelph Public Library will be hosting their book sale this year from September 25-28, 2025.
The sale is back at Bamco: 440 Elmira Road North, Guelph ON, N1K 1B4.

• Thursday September 25 is the Early Bird Evening, which requires $10 admission. 
• September 26 to 28 is Free Admission. 

Who are the Friends of the Guelph Public Library?
- They are an arms-length group of community volunteers who believe that the Guelph Public Library is a necessary and vital community institution.
- They support the goals of the Library.
- They volunteer to make a great library even better.
- They promote the Library in the community through special programs, fundraising and advocacy.

Their main fundraiser is the annual book sale. To date the book sale has raised $1 million to assist the library with current programming and to be available for use when a new Central library is built.
