During this Tech Help appointment, you will be paired with a staff member who will provide free, one-on-one tech assistance. For adults. Please register.

Our popular service, Tech Help, comes to the Westminster Square Branch! Guelph Public Library is dedicated to connecting technology help to people of all learning levels.

We offer tech assistance with: 

• Tablet or Phone Assistance
• eBooks and eAudiobooks 
• Simple tablet or phone troubleshooting
• Online Resources
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Video chat platforms

For best results, we recommend bringing: 

• Your own device and charging cables
• Any relevant accounts and passwords
• A notebook and pen for note-taking
