An Ontario Works Caseworker can answer questions about applications and how to access Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support programs.
Ontario Works can provide support in a number of different areas:
- Provide information on the Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Programs
- Support clients with the completion of applications for Ontario Works both online and over the phone
- Complete necessary forms and file updates as it relates to the Ontario Works program
- Provide outreach services to connect residents with various community agencies and resources
- Support clients with applications for housing and annual reviews packages
