Join the Wellington County Branch Ontario Ancestors as they guide you through the essential steps to mastering German records. In this session, you’ll learn how to identify your ancestors' place of origin, focus on key parish records and navigate the German language and handwriting. We will also introduce valuable tools such as gazetteers and maps, offering practical tips and insights to elevate your research skills. Featuring a case study of the Steindorf family, this presentation will walk you through each step of the process to help you confidently tackle your research.
