Interested in researching your home? Join Wellington County Branch Ontario Ancestors for an in-depth look at house and land records. Utilizing a case study approach, this workshop will walk through the basic steps of research for both rural and urban properties. Land petitions and land registry records will be used to illustrate the process. The use of maps and other resources found within the Guelph Public Library and online will also be discussed. The focus of this session will be on simplifying the process to help you reveal the stories behind your home.
