Elizabeth Baird, former editor of Canadian Living, will share her passion for cooking and food with a presentation about the history of food and cookbooks in Canada. Her vast knowledge can be found in over 25 cookbooks she has produced and authored. She is the recipient of the Order of Canada for her contributions to the promotion of Canada's diverse food heritage.
